For over 20 years, Robert Lance Jewelers has been one of the most trusted names in jewelry in the Lubbock region. They operate on the corner of 82nd and Slide and are always ready help customers get the best jewelry has to offer. Robert Lance Jewelers is one of the few stores to carry luxury collections for brands like Michelle, Ball, Konstantino, and John Hardy. 

Initially, I ran a Google AdWords campaign for Robert Lance Jewelers as a project for a course in Internet and New Media Advertising. The campaign focused on increasing bridal sales and foot traffic to the store. Fewer local stores were running AdWords at the time, so I was able to claim more obvious keywords at lower prices, words like "bridal" or "engagement," but also less obvious but connected words: "venue," "reception," "couple." We even outbid the closest competitor for their company name. These words and corresponding ads ultimately resulted in the campaign's success. Both sales and traffic were increased above those of the previous year. 

In February 2015, I was asked to manage their Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram accounts; I continued to do so until leaving Lubbock in early June of that same year.
